The Platform
TellyChakkar is one of India's leading entertainment media websites, covering television, Bollywood, digital streaming, and celebrity news for a high-traffic audience. The site publishes news and features daily, handles heavy editorial throughput, and serves a large concurrent audience that expects fresh content and fast page loads.
The platform is built on Drupal with a custom theme, a substantial content model around shows, celebrities, channels, and categories, and the kind of editorial workflow a daily-publishing entertainment outlet actually needs.
The Engagement
WebEvra was brought in to support ongoing Drupal 9 maintenance on the live platform. Maintenance on a high-traffic daily-publishing site looks very different from a greenfield build: every change has to respect the existing content model, cache strategy, and editorial workflow, and every deploy has to be boring.
