1. Acceptance

By accessing www.webevra.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Use of the site

The content on www.webevra.com is provided for informational purposes about our services. Pricing, timelines, feature lists, and case study summaries are indicative. Binding terms are agreed in writing per engagement, in a Statement of Work or Master Service Agreement signed by both parties.

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, run automated scrapers that affect site performance, or use the site to transmit malware or unsolicited communications.

3. Service engagements

Care plans, migration projects, audits, and any other paid service are governed by an individual Statement of Work or Master Service Agreement. The SOW takes precedence over the marketing copy on this site where the two differ.

Cancellation requires 30 days written notice, with no cancellation fees. We hand back a clean export of code, database, and configuration on termination.

Open source contributions we make to drupal.org or other public repositories follow the licensing of the host project.

5. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that case study metrics, savings figures, or timeline ranges shown publicly will apply to a specific engagement. Engagement-specific results are quoted in writing only after a real audit.

6. Limitation of liability
