Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect the next billing cycle, with the new dev hours allocated immediately. Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle, no cancellation fees.
What is not included? expand_more
Major version upgrades are scoped separately as fixed-price projects. Net-new builds, custom theme work over 8 hours, third-party software licenses, and CDN egress past 1TB per month are not included. We always quote add-ons in writing before starting.

Two weeks. Week 1: code handover audit, local dev environment standup, risk register, hosting cutover plan. Week 2: cutover, staging, monitoring wired, first patch run.

30 days written notice. No cancellation fees. We hand over a clean export of code, database, and infrastructure documentation. The goal is a working partnership, not a lock-in.

If you prefer to stay on your current host, Professional and Enterprise plans support that. Essential is hosting plus patching as a single offer, so it requires our infrastructure.
