The Challenge
Firm Advice is a UAE-based corporate and legal consultancy serving business owners, investors, and expatriates worldwide who want to establish a legal or corporate presence in the UAE. Their offering spans business setup across 15+ free zones, will drafting and registration (DIFC, ADJD, Dubai Court), power of attorney preparation, banking assistance, and visa processing.
Before WebEvra, the entire operation ran on manual processes. The four pain points were specific:
- No centralized lead management. Enquiries from wills, company formation, POA, and banking arrived through disconnected channels with no unified tracking or follow-up workflow.
- Manual invoicing. Invoices were drafted by hand, exported to PDF, emailed, and chased via spreadsheet.
- No digital presence for content marketing. The firm had no blog or SEO infrastructure to capture organic traffic for high-intent searches like "DIFC will cost," "Dubai mainland company formation," or "UAE power of attorney."
- No client self-service. Clients had no way to check the status of their applications or access their legal documents online.
The Solution
WebEvra built firmadvice.ae from the ground up on Drupal 10 as both a public-facing marketing site and an internal operations tool for the Firm Advice team. The site doubles as an SEO surface for high-intent legal and corporate queries and as a workflow platform for the consultants behind the scenes.
Custom Modules We Built
Lead Management System. A custom Drupal module that captures and routes enquiries from multiple service-specific Webforms (company formation, wills, POA, banking, general). Each form captures context-specific fields (e.g. "Inside UAE / Outside UAE" for banking, "Single Will / Mirror Will" for wills, "Personal POA / Business POA" for power of attorney) and feeds into a centralized leads dashboard accessible to the operations team. Leads are tagged by service type, assigned to consultants, and tracked through a pipeline from initial enquiry to conversion.
Invoice Management with Stripe Integration. A custom invoicing module that lets the Firm Advice team generate, send, and track invoices directly from the Drupal admin. Integrated with Stripe for secure online payment processing so clients can pay via credit or debit card. The module tracks payment status, sends automated reminders for overdue invoices, generates branded PDF invoices, and provides revenue reporting for the finance team.
Content Architecture
- Service pages: Structured content types for each service vertical (Company Formation, Wills, POA, Banking, Visa) with nested taxonomy for free zone locations across all seven Emirates. The architecture produces 20+ targeted landing pages, each ranking for specific long-tail queries.
- Blog and content marketing: Blog content type with categorization, enabling the team to publish SEO-optimized articles on topics like MOHRE enquiry services, probate processes, and free zone comparisons.
- Pricing components: Structured pricing displays for service packages (e.g. POA Basic at AED 595) with clear CTAs tied to service-specific enquiry forms.

Client Portal
Authenticated users access two distinct experiences. Firm Advice team members use the Leads Dashboard to view, filter, and manage all incoming enquiries by service type and stage. Clients log in to a personal area where they can see their application status, download their will or POA documents, and view their invoice history. The portal eliminates the back-and-forth email cycles that used to dominate the team's day.
The Results
The Drupal 10 platform replaced four disconnected manual processes with one cohesive system. The qualitative shifts were the most visible:
- From spreadsheet tracking to a real-time dashboard. The team stopped chasing leads in shared sheets. Every enquiry now lands in a structured pipeline with consultant assignment and follow-up status.
- From bank transfer waits to instant Stripe payments. Clients can now pay invoices online the moment they receive them, instead of waiting days for a wire to clear.
- From manual invoicing to automated billing. The finance team generates branded PDF invoices and tracks payment status from one screen, with automated reminders for anything overdue.
- From zero organic presence to 20+ ranking landing pages. Each service vertical now has its own SEO-optimized landing page targeting long-tail commercial queries.
- From client emails to client self-service. Clients track their own application status and access their documents without picking up the phone.
