How is this different from shared hosting or a VPS?

Is this Drupal hosting with Redis and Varnish built in?
Yes. Every plan ships with a Redis object cache backing Drupal's cache_container, cache_render, and cache_dynamic_page_cache bins, plus Varnish as a full-page reverse proxy in front of the site. We configure the Drupal Redis module and the appropriate cache bins during onboarding, and we tune TTLs for your traffic pattern. You do not have to wire it up yourself -it is part of the platform.
Do you support both WordPress and Drupal on the same plan?

How do backups work?
